Ita and Steve's wedding was possibly the most heartwarming wedding I could have asked for, to round off a great summer.
Both the bride and groom have families with previous relationships, and so it was so lovely to see all the children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, come together as one big family. The whole day was so heavily focused on family and friendship, with a small intimate ceremony in 'The old Rectory House' and beautiful readings from Ita's children. The ceremony was so filled with happiness and joy, as the pair laughed and joked with each other throughout, and a loving tear was shed by both. To finish the afternoon the guests enjoyed a gorgeous wedding breakfast in the beautiful, light conservatory of the Orangery at Ipsley.
The evening was spent with all the couples extended family and friendship group, at their favourite haunt, and Steve's place of work, Feckhenham Cricket grounds. A beautiful marquee and delicious hog roast was enjoyed by all the guests, and Ita and Steve danced together all night to their favourite (Irish) songs.
Being a part of this wedding, felt like I was photographing life long friends and it filled me with joy to see the pair swoon like loved up teens together. I have no doubt that Ita and Steve will be happy in their marriage to one another, and that their families will enjoy this bond and new chapter of their lives.
